The system that runs your service business.

LoadBearing carries the load — leads, estimates, money, crew, jobs, and marketing — so the owner only handles what genuinely needs an owner. Built for contractors, cleaners, lawn crews, painters, beauty pros, event services, and anyone with a marketable skill.

8 operating modules 30-day guided setup $0 to start 1 app on your phone

From chaos to clockwork in 30 days

You don't need another app that stores contacts. You need a system that does the work.

1

Onboard in minutes

Tell LoadBearing your industry, service area, channels, pricing sources, and money rules. It configures the entire system to your business — not a generic template.

2

Run the eight systems

Leads, estimates, money, crew, job execution, marketing, your daily briefing, and the automation layer — every module works standalone and compounds with the rest.

3

Check one briefing

Each morning you get exactly what needs you — one tap each. Everything else ran while you slept. That's the whole pitch.

One app. Every system your business needs.

Each module is a complete workflow, proven in a real contracting business — adapted to any industry during onboarding.

🎯

Lead Engine

Capture every opportunity, track it through your pipeline, and never let a follow-up slip.

📝

Estimates

Materials-and-labor estimates with exact pricing and a deposit formula that protects your cash: 100% of materials + 50% of labor.

💰

Money Pipeline

Per-job ledgers, expense capture, invoice chasing on a 7/14/21-day rhythm, and a mileage log.

👷

Workforce

A vetted bench before the work lands: applicant → vetting → active → standby, with a real vetting checklist.

🚧

Job Execution

Four-gate dispatch — a job only goes out when the price is accepted, the crew is vetted and insured, margin is confirmed, and costs are logged.

📣

Questions

Is this only for contractors?

No. LoadBearing was proven in a general contracting business, but it configures to any service business during onboarding — cleaning, lawn care, painting, beauty, events, vehicle services, and more. If you sell a skill, it fits.

Do I install it from the app store?

Not yet. LoadBearing installs straight from your browser in seconds — open the app, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen." It runs full-screen like a native app. App stores come later.

Where does my business data live?

On your device. LoadBearing is local-first: your leads, estimates, money, and crew live in your own browser storage. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Pro members get first access to cloud sync the moment it ships.

What does "the system runs the business" actually mean?

Routine work follows checklists and standing rules you've approved: your daily briefing surfaces what needs your judgment, follow-ups stay on a 7/14/21-day rhythm you can see at a glance, invoices show what's overdue, and jobs only move forward when your dispatch gates hold. You stay the owner — the system keeps nothing from slipping.

When does Pro launch, and what will it cost?

Pro is live now: $39/month or $390/year (two months free). Hit "Upgrade to Pro" above and check out securely — cancel anytime.

Who built LoadBearing?
